About Jodi

Jodi Reed Dame is passionate about reaching people who have experienced trauma in their lives, inspiring them to release fear, shame and self-criticism. She inspires children and adults to deepen their self-awareness, practice mindfulness, meditation and self-compassion. She helps guide others to truly believe that each new day is filled with endless joyful opportunities.

From ages six through twelve, Jodi experienced ongoing sexual trauma. Just before becoming a teen, she wrote a note to a family member about the abuse, and began her healing journey. After searching for inner happiness for almost four decades, she found self-acceptance and love through mindfulness practices and meditation. Jodi found true inner peace and optimism and shares her enthusiasm with others.
