How healthy and fit are you? Really, on a scale from 0 to 10 (0 being a complete couch potato and 10 being a Navy seal) where are you?
A few weeks ago my husband participated in a fun event called the Marine Corps Mud Run. When he signed up for it he didn’t know what he was getting into. I must say that my hubby is in pretty good shape – he runs and lifts weights most days of the week. When he started the race he thought that his fitness level was around 7, when he was finished he felt like a “3.” Why am I telling you this? First of all I want to take part in a Mud Run next year (the idea of running, getting over obstacles while covered in mud for a good cause has some masochistic appeal to me), but also it means that I have to work hard to get my fitness level up.
