The Mind is a Great Servant, but a Terrible Master

Posted in Meditation | September 23, 2015 |

“The mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master”.

It’s very easy for our minds to just keep doing whatever has worked in the past, even if it doesn’t work now.

It’s very easy for our minds to become distracted with social media, TV shows, magazines, ads and mindless chatter…

What is difficult and rewarding is to train our minds to experience mindfulness… To be able to have full control over our impulses and desires… To take full control and responsibility of our lives.

When you meditate deeply, you’re essentially training your mind to become a master instead of a servant. Those who use my program, The Depth Factor, enjoy the benefits of deep meditation.

My Sister Has Schizophrenia (And How Meditation and Energy Healing Helps Her)

Posted in Chakras, Meditation | September 22, 2015 |

My sister was diagnosed with Schizophrenia about a decade ago.

I’m sad because I know that no matter how much we help her, it will be very difficult for her to reach her full potential as a human being.

You’ll see, my goal has always been to inspire people and help them reach their full potential…

And seeing one of the persons closest to me being unable to accomplish what she deserves is heart-breaking…

But I’m also happy because she’s doing very well, is independent, and works as the hostess in our family business (a spa with amazing massage therapists)…

Throughout the years I’ve taught her to balance her energy system and experience mindfulness and inner peace…

And we credit A LOT of her achievements, recovery and future potential to this…

The medicine she has to take makes her slow, but meditation and energy healing brings her joy and makes her BETTER.

Everything I taught her is included inside the Chakra Harmonization program.

If you want to heal your energy system and enjoy all the benefits of a balanced life, then you’ll definitely want to grab a copy here.

95% of our Thoughts are the Same as the Day Before

Posted in Thoughts | September 20, 2015 |

It’s estimated that we have approximately sixty thousand thoughts every single day. Over 95% of the thoughts we have on any given day are the same as the thoughts we had the day before.

This means that 95% of the thoughts you’ll have tomorrow are the same to the thoughts you’re having today!

This also means that you have much more control over your future happiness than you realize. Just by improving the quality of your thoughts today, you can also improve the quality of your thoughts for the days, weeks, months and even years ahead.

The easiest way to change your thoughts is to just focus on positive things in your life. Focus on what makes you happy, and stop thinking about what makes you unhappy.

There is another technique to elevate your thoughts taught my by friend Eric here.

An Extraordinary Garden (The Mind)

Posted in Balanced Mind and Soul | September 20, 2015 |

The mind is like a garden. If you nurture it and cultivate like a rich, fertile garden, it will grow and blossom into something extraordinary. But if you don’t care for it and neglect it, you will never experience inner peace and harmony.

As with any garden, you must remove the weeds of stress and anxiety from it and stand guard at the entrance of your garden to only let the best information enter.

Then you will experience inner peace, harmony and life balance.

In this page, I share three tips you can use to experience deep meditation.

“Nadis” or Subtle Channels of Energy and Your Chakras

Posted in Chakras | September 19, 2015 |

A tremendous amount of energy flows through your body in subtle channels called “Nadis”, which means “riverbed” in Sanskrit. A chakra is the location where 2 or more of these channels cross.

There is an optimum speed for the chakras to be spinning at. If your chakra is spinning too fast or too slow, then your entire energy system might suffer.

Your energy system is like traffic in a big city. If one part fails, it doesn’t affect the whole city entirely, but it becomes difficult to get from one place to another.

Similarly, if one of your chakras fails and spins either too fast or too slow, you may appear fine, but various areas of your life will suffer as a result.

How do you know which of your chakras are weak or blocked?

It’s simple. Watch this presentation and you will learn exactly which of your chakras are weak or blocked and how to balance them.
