		<description>I can just imagine how beautiful it is to walk or run up a hill... You do not even need to try to be mindful, it just comes naturally I am sure. I wish there were some hills near the ocean where I live so that I could enjoy two of my favorite landscapes - beach and mountains.

I walk up this beautiful hill a few times a week  in Arizona, and the entire proces in the present moment from the time I begin, during the run, and when I get to the top of the hill are done mindfully. Nice post here. :)</description>

I think that most people treat mindfulness as something that they do not need or they cannot achieve due to the lack of time or personal beliefs. Maybe I do not treat mindfulness in the exact same meaning as most Yoga practitioners would (and this is the meaning that most &quot;regular&quot; people are scared of) but I think that everyone can still benefit from it. It is a really essential skill for anyone who wants to live a balanced life.</description>

The most important is that we try our best to be mindful every day but if sometimes we fail, that&#039;s OK. It&#039;s just human nature :-)</description>

I think a lot of people hear &quot;mindfulness&quot; or &quot;meditation&quot; and think it&#039;s some sort of mystical thing that takes all sorts of diligence and discipline, time, and energy. Although one can choose to make this sort of practice the central part of his or her life, the rest of us can easily improve our life balance and well being by taking small steps to be mindful everyday... Your list is a great guide for how to start doing that and I really  enjoyed it. And thanks a bunch for the link love, too! :)
