&quot;I find it helpful to do some routine projects that do not require creativity.&quot; No 4 is a such a good idea. Catching up on some routine (even boring) tasks sure beats moping around. And it makes you feel productive. 

No.5 is my all-time favorite. Getting out of the house for a walk is terrific for the body and the mind.

		<description>When you are upset and angry it is so difficult to see a lesson in a negative situation. It takes time, logical thinking and sometimes help from people around you to see what the lesson really is. I am sure though that there is a lesson in everything that happens to us. Sometimes we just have to look real hard to see it :-)</description>

You might feel down for a day or two but your life is not over. You still have a lot of good things that will happen to you in the future and you still have people and blessings to be grateful for.</description>
