I have followed a pretty good and always improving routine for the last ten years Anastasiya but can pick up some nice pointers here. I do eat a cereal and am about to tackle a bowl of Nature&#039;s Path &#039;Heritage&#039;. It&#039;s organic, high fibre, no additives and comes in a large 907 gram bag. Yummm.</description>

I carefully went through your list and I reckon I am currently doing 54 of these 84 tips - which still gives me lots more to do.

The hardest one for me is #52 - stopping being a perfectionist. It show how hard it is since I meticulously went through all the tips to work out exactly which ones I was doing!

Great job - and thanks for putting in the hours and days this must have taken. I also love the image which is perfect for this post.</description>

I am a lover of great, healthy food.  I do put apple in my green drink which makes it oh so much tastier.  Dark chocolate, raw, a favorite of mine!  Divine Organics by Transition Nutrition is by far the BEST I&#039;ve ever tasted - and believe me I&#039;ve tried my share.  

Stepping away from my computer every hour as Sonia Simone recommends on Copyblogger (an outrageous site packed with valuable free information) has helped.  I turn on i-tunes and get up and dance!

Your wisdom in addressing both the physical and spiritual, soulful aspects of the heart is great.  I make time for friends, close and casual acquaintances.  In my favorite cafe, people of all ages would come up and sit down with me.  No matter what the task at hand on my computer, I always stopped what I was doing and engaged with them.  It made for such a great day!  

The love of friends, lovers, children, and acquaintances, makes the ticker feel SO GOOD!  Love is a wonderful thing!
