		<description>Anastaiya, A great reminder for the new year!I completely agree with your focus on health rather than on weight loss per se. Although it is great when eating nutritious food or getting regular exercises causes one to lose a few pounds. 

I think that many people don&#039;t realize how much healthier they will be as they age, if they start eating more nutritious food and getting more exercise.</description>

Even if you go to the gym two or three times a week you still do not get enough exercise if you lead a 100% sedentary lifestyle the rest of the time. Some truly simple and profound stuff there.  I&#039;d like to throw in one.  Get into the habit of exercising without exercising.  E.g. I use the stairs at the office, I never use the lifts...that way you don&#039;t even have to think about going to the gym.  it&#039;s those little things that make a huge difference. :-)</description>
